“Woodland is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination. We spent almost $3K on a cast bronze plaque and lettering, so it was very disappointing to receive the plaque with no instructions for mounting (lettering included a guide). Even after my wife called customer service and she said she was emailing instructions, I received a sheet from the sales book, not instructions, tools or hardware needed, sales. We are truly disappointed and have already decided to take our future business elsewhere.”
