“I still haven't received my items. Customer service was extremely poor. Phone numbers listed on the site either ring forever or go straight to a recording. Apparently it took several weeks for the items to actually ship and I had to hound customer service to get a tracking number.”

“It is not easy to make an online shopping experience all that exciting at this point, but I can say, this was a joy. I appreciated the attitude and frequency of communication. It was such a simple purchase, but the ease and cheerfulness of the whole thing was really pleasant. A pleasant company to do business with! Toilet paper roll was exactly what I was looking for for our 70s era home.”

“The trays and cradled panels I ordered were perfect for organizing my pastels. It's hard to see the trays in the pic because they are full of pastels in a drawer. The quality of the trays is great. I love them.”

“The box is great for the price! It was a holiday when I placed my order so it took extra expected time to ship out. Shipping took quite a while but the owner to the shop sent me an email with updated info. That was very appreciated 😊.”

“I was thrilled to find some unfinished versions of otherwise expensive toys I was eyeing. Woodpeckers definitely saved me a pretty penny. I am still working on painting, but I am happy with the overall quality and shipping was quick. I purchased one of the early education bundles. The rainbow arches are so smooth and fit together beautifully. The flat slats and semicircles needed some extra sanding, along with a couple spots on the trays I ordered. I do wish the slats and semicircles were solid.”
