“All of my orders come in on time and the products are perfect for this small business. The wooden balls come already drilled perfect to size and are finished very well. I also use the wooden dowel rods and they come perfectly with no discoloration. Overall I absolutely love the products.”

Hi Ellen, First of all, thanks for shopping Woodpeckers! About that charge, we offer shipping insurance powered by Route Package Protection. Our customers have a choice to turn it off during checkout. (shipping insurance is fantastic during this shipaggedon but we of course don’t want to push it on anyone).
