“The tree was sanded and cut meticulously, it was perfect. Arrived when expected. I used the 18" Christmas tree for a customer's order. She asked that it have colored lights or ornaments and snow. I painted the tree with acrylic paint, used puff paints for the bulbs, snowtex on the tree limbs and added a star. Lots of fun and the customer was thrilled.”

“I came here because I needed it quickly, unfortunately, the standard shipping was the same cost as the item. I needed the item to mimic a carnival ball toss on an archer range. The Boy Scouts get bored of shooting at regular archery targets in about two hours. I made a small target shelf, then stacked 6 in a pyramid. The shooter has up to 5 arrows to knock them all down. They held up well to multiple hits by low-powered target tips. Well worked well until I loaded the bottom three with wires when a scout challenged a leader. The house always wins”

“I was so happy with my purchase. The candlesticks were exactly what I needed. One of the candlesticks was damaged in shipping and I notified Woodpeckers and was immediately shipped a replacement (no questions asked). Great customer service. If I ever need this type of item again I will definitely contact Woodpeckers and would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have shipped back the 5" flower pots because on the website it stated when I ordered them that they were 10" wide. When I received them they were 6" wide. When I contacted the company I was told it was an error on the website. I cannot use them at that size so I returned them.”

“My wife and I purchased many supplies from woodpeckers through Amazon for our online peg doll business. Amazon customer service is very hit and miss. When we had a problem, Amazong couldnt help us. However, Woodpeckers customer service was easy to reach and solved our problem immediately at no cost to us. I was very impressed with their customer-centered approach.
