“Quality product at a good price. Unfortunately, packed in a shipping box without 14 dowels being wrapped together; no padding and the box broke in transit, likely causing a delay in delivery.”

“Had a issue with my first order. Although, they corrected it and let me keep what was accidentally sent to me. So not only was I very satisfied with the quality of the wood the costumer service was through the roof! Will be purchasing all my wood from them and I have been sending people to the woodpecker website. Thank you.”

“I purchased 10 3.5" finials to use in a repair job. I only needed two but I purchased more in case I want to use in other projects and they were reasonably priced. Product was delivered timely and I was kept fully informed on their progress. The wood took stain well and I did not see any knots or other blemishes on the product.”
