“Renee, Back in December I ordered three 2 inch diameter ball KNOBS . I received three 2 inch diameter BALLS. I have contacted you several times and I have yet to receive the BALL KNOBS. Should I send back the balls? Art Pierson, 500 Waterfront Drive, East Providence , RI 02914”

“Hi: My project will not be finished until close to spring. My woodworking shop is not heated so I use it from April thru October. I would be glad to send you a picture at that time of how I used the wooden bulbs. Gary”

“Woodpeckers has been a huge boon to my small business. Shipping is quick, and pricing with rewards is great. Excellent value - I've been using them as my primary supplier for more than a year now, and will continue that into the future. My only minor gripe - I don't like that the reward certificates are limited to one per order - I cashed in all my points at once and got a few differently sized reward certificates, but could only apply one to the order I was placing at the time.”
