“The service, when buying, was good, and the wrapping was good, but the product, over-described as an "Aga towel", was a very poor quality imported, very thin tea towel available elsewhere at less than half the price. There was no service following my complaint.”

“Visited the Harrogate shop recently. I had never heard of this company, and what a delight it was to browse (and buy) such excellent products…..the quality is outstanding. Plus the service was very professional and of an age when courtesy and service were the watch words of any good emporium. Very satisfying customer experience altogether.”

“Delighted to find a well insulated, supple oldfashioned oven glove. A shame it wasn't more elegantly finished for carrying hot dishes to the dining table. Prompt delivery, ecologically sound packaging. I shall certainly look to Woods for future household linen purchases”
