“They offer the closest thing to personal service that can be offered with an online purchase, so missed on the High Street. I bought a PROPER pair of oven gloves, not those awkward, padded ones, pretty though they are. I’m not a slave to cleaning so was thrilled to find a proper scrim cloth for window cleaning. No smears. All this neatly hand wrapped in tissue by Victoria with a note attached. Thank you.”

“I would like you to know how helpful I found the person who answered my phone query as I couldn't find the pillow I wanted on your web site. (It was a bone cushion). We did find it difficult filling in the particulars when it came to ordering it, though, and I don't know if this could be simplified?”
