“Exceptional attention to detail for a very plain order . I found it tastefully wrapped and beautifully presented together with a well designed note in an envelope of quality. It is very refreshing to receive goods packaged thoughtfully and every care had obviously been take for it to arrive in perfect condition. I will definitely not only recommend this company but am already trying to find an excuse to use them again.”

“The ordering process was easy from start to finish. My order arrived within a few days even with the current coronavirus chaos. The product arrived and was very nicely hand wrapped and had a little note from the employee who wrapped it, a very nice old fashioned touch I thought!!”

“Today I contacted Woods Fine Linens and spoke to Patrick. The Patresi towels I wanted were no longer being produced but he informed me that he would contact the Italian company Woods Fine Linens use and was able to arrange for a bespoke order at an excellent price. I am so delighted, and Patrick was so much more than just helpful - he definitely went 'the extra mile'! Thank you Patrick. Can't recommended this company more highly.”

“Double sided oven gloves are excellent and long enough. Pack of tea towels are of exceptional quality and Woods bath strap has not been used yet but appears excellent quality. Received both email and a text message keeping us up to date on delivery. On arrival all beautifully wrapped with an embossed note inside which is a lovely finishing touch. Look forward to visiting the shop in the near future.”

“Beautifully wrapped . Wanted to purchase another duster after purchasing one on a trip to Harrogate last year . Didnt mind that I had to buy 6 as it meant I could give a couple to special friends to enjoy too through Lockdown. Will never use a yellow duster again . This one makes dusting a joy”
