“The quality of stock matches that of the service at this store. Staff are extremely helpful, offering advice and taking orders over the telephone. Goods arrive promptly and refunds are not a problem. It is a joy to deal with an English company.”

“A mistake was made on my order, but it was rectified immediately. The quality of the product was very good, well made, and came beautifully wrapped in tissue and old fashioned brown paper. Would definitely use Woods again.”

“Don’t quite know what to say. I ordered 100% cotton dish cloths in December and have NOT YET RECEIVED THEM. I am sure that the fault is with your carrier, but at the same time I cannot find anywhere on your website where I am able to register my complaint. “What an excellent company for good old fashioned customer service. Very efficient, and great attention to detail. The order arrived very quickly, was very good quality. Even the receipt was signed with a compliments slip stating who packed it, and was in an embossed envelope. Lovely to have that level of service and attention to detail. Would certainly recommend.”
