“I was once able to buy linen dish cloths at an Irish importer’s store in Minneapolis. I have searched for them in stores and online ever since and was delighted to find them at your online store. Not delighted to have to have them shipped from England to the Colorado mountains (that cost almost as much as the cloths themselves) but surprised and delighted at how fast they arrived (within the week). And I am very happy to have these cloths again. They are wonderful in the kitchen for all kinds of tasks, both washing and drying, and since they look very similar to the Irish ones I used to buy, I am expecting that they will wash beautifully, stay white and grow ever softer. PLEASE keep carrying these.”

“I ordered some pillows online with Woods Fine Linens and it was an excellent service from beginning to end. The online shopping experience was smooth and simple, the confirmation and despatch correspondence fast and efficient. I received in this order beautifully parcelled up, and I really appreciated all the personal touches throughout that went into fulfilling this order: from the personalised confirmation email to the tissue-wrapped pillows and the embossed envelope containing a hand-signed compliments slip. I will be shopping here again!”

“Woods is a traditional shop in the best sense of the word. I'm lucky enough to be able to go to the Harrogate store which is beautiful. In these difficult times, I ordered an item on line. It arrived very quickly and it was beautifully packaged. The tablecloth and napkins are of excellent quality, exactly what I needed for my round dining table. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use the online service again. However, if you can get to the shop, you are in for a treat.”

“Great service. Lovely packaging in brown paper. Beautifully sewn in pure cotton fabric and it has a take-off pillow case for washing. It was a little too firm for me initially but being filled with feathers it has already started to soften.”

“Outstanding service - thank you. Ordered the children’s handkerchiefs for my 2 grandsons - they personally wrapped them as 2 individual packets for me - such a kind gesture to do and the quality of the packing and receipt is quality - I would definitely use this service again and recommend- above and beyond”
