“My oven gloves were absolutely what I was looking for. The old style, which works perfectly. As advised by one of your previous customers, I washed them first to soften them and they therefore now bend in my hand, which other over gloves do not. Even my husband is happy with them. They protect my hands and arms and are sufficiently long to allow both ends to be used with plenty of leeway. I was also very impressed at the way they had been beautifully packaged, which made me feel I had bought something of value. It shows the pride you have in your products and I feel you are perfectly justified. Many thanks.”

“By wrapping up our tablecloth by hand in brown Kraft paper and tying it up with string. That doesn't happen very often nowadays with commercial purchases. A lovely personal touch. Then when we opened the package, the tablecloth was beautifully packed with a company branded envelope containing a hand signed note to inform us that our order was packed by Sarah. the envelope was personalised by hand too. All in all, a refreshingly rare and extremely pleasurable experience.”

“Excellent and personal service from Woods, they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The product - a specialist neck pillow (Pro.Pil.O.) is probably the best on the market, difficult to find but Woods had one in stock. Delivery and packaging was just perfect. Thoroughly recommend this Company in beautiful Harrogate.”

“Ridiculous though this might sound, my assortment of dish towels/drying-up cloths made me exceedingly happy. Not only did they arrive in a finely-wrapped parcel but the cloths themselves were a good size and top quality. All that apart, a polite boy called Andrew explained that the Visa card number I had given was possibly out of date (which it was) and that I could either put it right on line or give him a ring. Thank you for providing a retail experiences in keeping with a more mannerly era.”
