“Excellent customer service. Someone kindly assisted me to find the exact pillow I’d experienced in a hotel. I am now the happy owner of two Duchess pillows and they are the best pillows I have ever slept on. I’m literally excited to go to bed! They came within a couple of days in the most wonderful traditional packaging.in fact earlier than expected as it was just before the bank holiday weekend. Very happy customer. Thank you.”

“I was delighted with the linen tea towles I had ordered. They arrived in a very timey manner and were beautifully wrapped. The quality of the cloths is excellent and I am delighted to be giving them to my son and daughter-in -law for their 4th wedding anniversary, which is said to be the linen anniversary. I can recommend your products highly!!! Thank you very much and I will be shopping again with you.”

“It was a pleasure to receive such a beautifully packaged parcel, brown paper and string in the old fashioned way with not a plastic bag in sight. Sheets are wonderfully soft as expected And a relative bargain at the discounted price. Answers to my email queries were given very quickly and very helpful responses. Good old fashioned Customer service which I much appreciated and unfortunately is sadly lacking from most on line retailers these days. If I need further linen I would not hesitate purchase it from Woods.”
