“The time waiting for delivery was very good. Who would have thought that a parcel of old fashioned oven gloves could look so good! It was packed with TLC.When I got through the brown paper there was tissue paper and even a little card addressed to me. 11/10”

“Now that I am better with my computer literacy I Googled "oven cloths" and found that Woods did the very thing I had been looking for a very long time. They wash beautifully and are a generous size. Service was excellent and when the parcel arrived the wrapping made it feel like Christmas. I can't believe I am so lyrical about my oven cloths. Thank you so much.”

“I recently purchased a neck pillow from Woods and was very impressed with the easily understood website (not all companies make it easy to find what you want, I assure you!) The item was delivered within two days by Royal Mail, was beautifully packaged and the extra personal letter combining the receipt was a sophisticated finishing touch. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the on-line shopping experience was made even better because I was buying from a British company.”
