“I have brought an double handed oven glove as a birthday present. Not only was the quality excellent, it will certainly stop the heat reaching one’s hands when lifting dishes from the oven ; as expected it has a good hanging loop. The wrapping, included in the price , was beautiful and the recipient was delighted with her birthday gift.”

“Well, I like 'em. Simple as that. A note saying thank you, nicely presented items no matter how small the order.......and of course one might argue that it is a bit contrived but some evidence that the customer matters won't go out of fashion so........I like 'em.”

“We had one of these 20 years ago.but they all disappeared..and we were left with rubbish..until now..these are outstanding..a very good.soft but tough not to let heat through..a must for the kitchen....many thanks..”

“I was very impressed with Woods a couple of years ago when I invested in an assorted bundle of kitchen and cleaning cloths. The prompt delivery, the obvious quality of the materials and the good, old fashioned service with a personal touch was such a welcome antidote to the frenetic buy it/use it/throw it mode of working, society seems to have found itself in. Having recently bought a similar (although smaller) bundle for my son and his flat I'm happy to confirm that he was delighted with the package and its contents, particularly the glass cloth which he had asked for. Thank you for taking the trouble to wrap and tie your parcels - it makes even the most utilitarian of articles special.”

“Super customer service all the way from Mr Wood to Vicky and Sarah in bedding. I couldn’t visit the shop so sent in a swatch of the bed and was guided to the most beautiful set of bed linen I have ever owned which turned out to be a great match. A really enjoyable experience which I hope to repeat soon.”

“Beautiful travel pillow. I love that I can have this on top of my huge bed pillows at home and it provides plenty of support for my neck. Would be ideal for someone who likes to leave beauty treatments on their face at night as this has a changeable outer case. The company itself is an absolute treasure trove inside. Excellent quick shipping. Quality products.”
