“Woods have offered exceptional customer service after our parcel went astray and the product (dish cloths) were packaged beautifully and are of superb quality. Overall I'm a happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“One of the few companies to sell waffle towels. Excellent quality - will never go back to "normal" towels. They wash perfectly and get moisture off after showering much quicker than standard towels. They also last for ages.”

“Having experienced frette bed linen it is difficult to settle for anything less. Woods of Harrogate is one of my very favourite shops. It is a treasure trove of the most exquisite linen and the service is superb. I love receiving the parcels, beautifully packed in brown paper and string. Even the knots are a work of art.”

“It is a very rare thing indeed to stumble upon such a quality shop these days! Beautiful products well displayed in sumptuous surroundings, knowledgable, happy & helpful staff and a choice of traditional high quality linens the likes of which I've certainly not seen anywhere else, and believe me in my lifetime I've travelled and shopped quite a bit!”
