“An easy purchase on line and then had an e.mail with an order number and a tracking mode. Received my order so neatly packed too. Now it was just two hard wearing floor cloths BUT it was so neatly wrapped in brown paper and then when I dismantled that there was lovely tissue paper. It was like a proper olden days Christmas all over again so Thank You Sarah for you fabulous presentation. I would recommend Woods to all my family and Friends. Thank You.”

“Positive image of this company. The immaculate package arrived quickly and you felt the goods had been packed with care and the note included indicated the name of the member of the team who had packaged it. Unfortunately I have to return the order, but my query was dealt with professionally and promptly. Would have no hesitation in or ordering again.”
