Don't use this company, they lie, promise delivery then don't deliver, they don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone, and if you ever get to speak to someone, they promise to come back to you and they don't!!
I've used them a couple of times, but will never again, as both times they've taken weeks to deliver, for next day delivery orders.

They offer expensive express shipping estimating 2 to 3 day delivery. This is a complete misrepresentation. It takes weeks to get your product. Then the quite small print terms of 30 day delivery. Absolutely rude and arrogant. I strongly suggest you fine an alternative company.

Terrible company with shockingly bad aftersales service. I had a shortfall on the delivery of parts ordered. Complained via email, no response. Phoned twice and told the shortfall would be despatched quickly, still waiting. Have now given up. Avoid this company at all costs.

We asked for a replacement or refund and were told they couldn't honour my cancellation request because it was still within 'our' 30-day contract and because the order was bespoke, they have 30 days to get my order to me correctly which goes against what their own website says: "you have a legal right to cancel a Contract in law during the 14 period after receive delivery.

Upon receiving the invoice confirmation email, I noted a section clearly stating:
Shipping Methods - Economy delivery (Medium)
Estimated Delivery Date: 21 Feb 2024
This was on the 14th of February 2024.

after two weeks waiting for delivery I received an email saying that it was delayed, after a few more days, they simply told me that it wouldn't be delivered because it was from another country, so I asked for a refund and they simply didn't respond to me anymore, in resume, they are fraudsters/scammers

Failed to dispatch the timber before the date I was given to receive it. Time was an issue for my project so I had to make alternative arrangements and cancelled my Woodsheets order. They have refused to issue a refund as the delivery date was ‘not guaranteed’ and some cutting to size was requested. However, there was no evidence given that any work had been progressed on my order.
