“ Terrible company with shockingly bad aftersales service. I had a shortfall on the delivery of parts ordered. Complained via email, no response. Phoned twice and told the shortfall would be despatched quickly, still waiting. Have now given up. Avoid this company at all costs. ”

Was informed that a sample is a "made to measure" order and cannot be cancelled, and then gave me loads of legal detail to explain why I couldnt cancel. About 10 minutes after messaging them, got a delivery note. Waste of £8. Rude customer service, long delivery times. ”
