“Scott was great, the overall process was easy and direct. My only complaint is that they included the amount due for state tax without asking me if I’d like them to do it, and then they ended up sending me a check in the amount take for that to pay the sales tax myself. Clearly they do this. To add thousands of dollars to their loan, to collect the interest. I felt that this was kinda of shady, and disingenuous, I would have given 5 stars had they not done this.”

“Woodside was a bad choice for me the car I bought was supposed to be appraised be for the loan went threw it was not the car was in bad shape fenders full of Bondo that was done poor I would not have purchased the car if I had got the inspection report in witch I have not received that was the Reasoning I went through Woodside credit would not do that again”

I'd like to take this opportunity to clarify inspection reports for future customers. Woodside partners with companies to provide internal reports for our Loan Underwriting. One is a collateral verification service. The purpose is to confirm that the collateral vehicle is the same one named in the loan documents (verifying the make, model, year, VIN, or Identification Number) and the superficial appearance of the vehicle. The second inspection is a market value appraisal. The purpose of this appraisal is to confirm the market value of the collateral based on recent sales of similar vehicles.
We always recommend customers do their own due diligence.
