Ron, are you sure you should be using tempered glass and not ceramic glass? Looks like you ordered Tempered glass. Tempered glass can only handle up to about 450-500 degrees Ceramic glass goes up to about 1300. Let me know and we can get you the correct glass at a discount. Mike

I ordered from you in the past. The last piece of glass was too large and eventually cracked. The most recent piece of glass was 1/4 smaller side to side and almost. 3/8 shorter top to bottom. All I can say is ????

Took a ridiculously long time to process the order. Glass came scratched and contaminated with something. Glass turned completely black with the first fire. Had to scrub the residue off. The rope gasket that I bought with it was very thin and cheap. Probably keep this as a spare and order a replacement from a more reputable company

Tim, Sorry for your disappointment. my guess is that you ordered tempered glass but really needed ceramic glass. Tempered glass - like it shows on our site - before you placed the order (in Red) takes 10-14 days to process. It also can only withstand up to about 450 degrees F. after that - yes you will have some issues as well as the glass eventually breaking.

Somehow I got the wrong size glass pieces I want to burn a fire tonight cuz can be like 35 degrees they're like an inch off on the two in pieces the middle piece seems okay but the other ones were too big like an inch off actually

You ordered custom size pieces of glass that were 5 1/2" x 9 1/2". If we somehow did not cut the glass to the correct dimensions, then please call us so that we can send the correct size glass.

I ordered a replacement gasket for my stove. The one I received was undersized and the stove acts like the draft is open all of the time. Gee whiz, I thought you guys knew what you were doing. This isn't rocket science.

Correct, for custom sized tempered glass we cannot accept returns. This is because once tempered glass is made, it cannot be recut. Please see the product description and our terms & conditions before ordering a custom size piece of glass. However we understand mistakes are made so we do offer a courtesy one time half off replacement.

My Order 1000026241 Placed 3/2/2021 no items in package FedEx Declined my claim case C-784291107845 Please do something about this I reordered and got items but I paid $27.99 plus FedEx 14.45 Total $42.44 for nothing.

Sent product that broke very easily. Customer service was even worst. Will never recommend or give business. Avoid this business at all cost. Search some where else.

you let us down. we really needed the fireproof glass to pass the inspection and ordered delivery from you the next day air. it should have been delivered today but for some reason it is still not there. the tracking package says that it will be delivered on Monday at the end of the day, but we have an inspection on Monday morning. and because of you, we will fail the inspection. thanks for the non-responsibility

Muhammad, sorry for your disappointment. You ordered the glass on Friday afternoon. We did get it out on Friday and shipped it next day. however ups does not guarantee next day Saturday in your area. They go by business or "working days" There is really nothing else we can do about. This is from the ups web site "UPS Next Day Air offers guaranteed next business day delivery. ... Any packages not delivered by the set date are eligible for a refund." hope you now have a better understanding on the shipping companies policies

I ordered a tempered glass replacement panel to match a missing panel in a four panel insert. It shattered into a million pieces during the cooldown from the first fire. Probably not flame polished or stress relieved after cutting. Luckily a spark didnt come through the open panel and burn down the house.

The tempered glass we sell is heat resistant up to 400-500 degrees Fahrenheit. If the stove was ran too hot than it will break the glass. Additionally if the glass ordered was too big for your fireplace door or if the door has warped any over time and there is no room around the glass for expansion, then the glass will break. This is likely what happened. We do offer a one time half off replacement for instances such as this. Call us at 217-223-0999 if you would like to talk more.

Ordered front glass for my pellet stove they put their logo on bottom right of glass in (((plain view ))) it was embossed which catches dirt and will eventually get darker over time I understand that the want to promote their company but I didn’t pay for my center front glass to promote their company talked to them and explained to them when I ordered it didn’t show any emblem on glass they displayed wouldn’t have minded if they put it where it wouldn’t be seen they’re response oh well deal with it. very poor non professional attitude

The idea of the engraving is not totally promotion, as i did explain to you on the phone. It is to show what type of glass product it is to avoid confusion. According to code, Tempered glass products have to have a tempered water mark on them. People tend to confuse the two products. We engrave "ceramic" on the glass so people know what glass that they have received, and if they need to reorder someday, which type of glass they need. If we put it where it did not show - it would do no good. I did explain this to you on the phone - and just because you didn't like the answer, does not mean it is unprofessional. Marking the glass is the utmost professional way to handle it. We mark the glass with our logo so customers know where the glass was made.

James, you had ordered a tape gasket....I believe you wanted a rope gasket. Two completely different items.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a glass product over a week ago and were told it was guaranteed to come in two days. It still hasn’t come and the company won’t refund us or help in anyway with finding out if the product will even still come.

I'm sorry for the confusion, but this glass was not ordered with 2-Day shipping and so it was shipped via free ground shipping. We shipped the glass in less than 24 hours and unfortunately USPS is being slow this Christmas season. We helped track the package down but you never requested a refund. Please contact us and our customer service is always happy to help.

Ordered two pieces of glass. One had what looked like a scratch. Installed them and they fit perfectly. However, the one that had what looked like a scratch cracked right where the mark was whereas the other piece of glass is working just fine. There was no offer to replace it as it was installed and just a simple "well we will discount you another purchase".

As we discussed, a scratch does not weaken the glass and from the picture you sent, the crack began where a bracket is at on the door. This is a sign that the brackets were over tightened and as per our policy, we do not refund glass after it is installed. We did however offer a half off replacement glass as a courtesy.
