“There was black markings on it I couldn't get off”

Those are Mineral deposits in the glass. Mica glass is made out of a mineral that is peeled into sheets. The Mica glass will have imperfections in it....it is the nature of that type of glass. Sorry to hear yours had more than you thought. Some of it is fairly clear, but some have more spots than others.

“Would of giving 5 stars but paid for 2 day and took 4 days.The glass is awesome. Money was taking out on the 9th and received on the 13th. All good but damn that was 35 etra for 2 day.....”

According to the tracking information we shipped it the same day it was ordered and the packaged was delivered in 2 days. Did UPS drop it off at the wrong location?

“Shipment came on time, glass fit perfectly no problem. One question why dose the glass turn black!!! And I can’t clean it, is their a cleaner to remove the blackened stain???)”

The glass can turn black for many reasons such as burning unseasoned wood, faulty airwash system, wood burning against the glass, not burning hot enough or poor draw. This is not because of the glass.
