“Placed my custom glass order in the morning and it was cut & shipped the SAME DAY. I replaced my old, dirty cracked glass with the custom piece I got from these guys and it made a world of difference in the ambience and performance of the stove. The glass was packaged very carefully, and even included enough paper inside to re-light the stove after replacing the glass. Couldn’t be happier with this store. 11/10.”

“I'm very disappointed, as of today the glass has cracked across the middle and I installed the glass with a new gasket and lightly tighten the screws but after a couple weeks running the stove the glass is now cracked”

Charles, I just looked into your order. Looks like you ordered 1/8 thick glass. Which is unusual for a pc that big. Standard thickness is 3/16" thick. It is quite a bit stronger than the 1/8 (which is typically used in light fixatures) My guess is your ordered a glass that was too thin for the application. We do offer a one time 1/2 price replacement if you wish. but i would upgrade to the thicker glass. you can call us if you wish to go over this - Mike 217-223-0999
