“We purchased a gasket kit. The adhesive that came with it was so hard to get out and once the gasket was placed the door is almost impossible to shut. We will be removing it and looking elsewhere to purchase a better product. We now only use the side door for fear we won’t be able to close the front door. Terribly disappointed.”

Sorry to hear that. The gasket cement needs to be meaded in the tube - not sure if you followed these instructions or not. We keep up on the gasket cement using new fresh stock, but not to say that there might not be a bad one in the bunch. Sorry it didnt work out. Mike

“My grandkids and the mysterious I dunno who did it cracked the stove glass twice. Ughh! I rigged it for a couple of years and finally decided to fix it. Unable to find a reputable repair service in the area to fix it left me to let my fingers lead the search and, found Woodstove Fireplaceglass online (a God sent blessing) had a great rating and a huge selection. Courageously, (grandma with tools) disassembled the stove door, removed the broken pieces, measured them and, ordered the replacement glass. There were so many options that I was able to order exactly what I needed. Communication and shipping were fast. I received the glass and was delighted the measurements were precise and perfect. That made putting it back together satisfying. I am so happy that I found your store online and would recommend it to anyone anywhere that needs replacement glass for their stove to get it here.
