“great fast shipping, but took 3 weeks to fulfill the order, no mention on the website saying it would take 3 weeks to fulfill the order, only say's fast shipping, so yeah, it shipped fast after 3 weeks. the Glass looks amazing and stronger than the original glass so yes the product is good.”

“The replacement baffle fit perfectly into the stove. Excellent product. However, it was shipped via FedEx, and they held onto it for over a week and finally delivered the part after multiple attempts to locate my parcel. Please drop FedEx and ship with a different company. FedEx is terrible on the east side of the US.”

“So far only used it 3-4 times and it is terrific. Removes smoke and creosote from the glass. Easy to use. I am impressed. Hope it continues to work this well after many cleanings.”

“Overall the product was good, although slightly smaller than the one is was replacing. I solved the problem by getting a really thick gasket to make it snug. So overall I am happy and would purchase again knowing the fix!”

“Glass works great, but with the new gasket it wouldn't fit in the opening (Hearthstone Clydesdale). Had to re-use the old gasket tape. Maybe cutting it 1/16 inch more in both directions. I was afraid I'd break the glass if I tried forcing it in with the new gasket tape.”

“Only problem was they said in the demo that they sent the gasket tape they don't. However there were a lot of good things. Delivery was fasting and accurate and the glass looks really nice now.”
