“lazy ass customer service if at all. no one can help find a machine that parts are needed for. dont use them if you are outside New Mexico. you will stuck with a machine that NO ONE can service.”

Hello Lee, we apologize for the less-than-stellar experience. Our Woodtek line has been discontinued for a couple of years now and this can make it difficult for us to locate replacement parts for our customers. As always, we're available to assist as much as we can so when you can, please provide us with the horsepower and the width of the bed on the planer you inquired about and we'll be more than happy to locate what we can for this machine.
