“Poorest customer service I have ever seen. I ordered 7 pair of drawer slides on December 8th, before I ever started a set of kitchen cabinets, and was told they were on back order and would arrive in January. I ordered an additional 2 pair on December 17th. Today is January 24th and the 2 pair are FINALLY in transit, but the 7 pair have never arrived and according to the information on "Order History" it shows there is no tracking number which indicates that they NEVER shipped. I am nearing completion of these cabinets and need those slides now! How can YOUR customer please HIS customer with such service? It's time to find a different supplier.”
