“It took me two days to place the order, the web site would not take me to the payment screen. Also, the site said orders over $400.00 would get free shipping but I was charged $25.00 for shipping.”

Hello Glenn, I cannot apologize enough for any charged shipping. Our system should NOT have charged you for shipping on your order since you met the minimum requirements for free shipping. I have passed this on to our billing department to get you a refund asap.
