“Just placed order, so far so good.”

“The website is difficult to navigate. There's no way to order directly from the online catalog. Putting the product number in a search leads to obscure links. When placing my order I had to re-enter my address and email twice. My credit card information (CVV number) was repeatedly refused. If there was one more problem I would have cancelled my order.”

“Sorry to see you going out of business. You have been a great supplier for us over the years. One thing would be nice. When shopping and an item is selected for the cart, it would be nice if the computer would go back to the same area as opposed to having to start at the beginning of the catalog each time. Otherwise, we wish you well in the time ahead.”
