I didn’t receive my booking confirmation and I can’t get log in to check my booking, however, I did receive a review email. Guess that tells me which system is more important.

I made a silly mistake in relation to the pitch I booked and called within a few minutes of the booking being accepted online, I have to wait 48 hrs for a call back to amend the booking despite the availability being extremely limited as booking is for 4 days time - so will probably have no availability by the time I receive a call... if I receive a call. Disapointed that as booking was made last minute anyway they can't just swop over the pitch type - that's all i'm changing all other details the same.

Website kept crashing, said problem and will reload as error. This happened numerous times before I could book. Did manage in the end so could of been temp fault.

Website kept crashing or saying nolodges available. Finally managed to book on the 6th attempt. Email confirmation was very quick but doesn’t state the location details of the lodge even though I paid extra to pre book the lodge.

Online booking process frustrating, when I saved my searches it then lost all the details when I went to click back onto them. I was booking 2 caravans so really needed a shopping cart option to stop loosing the selections. Booking page said I could like caravans in my account and can’t see where to do this. Also really difficult to book two caravans together when you can’t see the Map while you are selecting the caravan. Also on my confirmation there is no mention of the caravan number I have booked so no way to check I have booked them close to each other. Even this feedback email asks you to rate the booking process yes the survey itself appears to be asking what my stay was like?!? Hope it’s not a sign of things to come when we arrive!

Love Golden Coast Holiday Park, clean and good facilities. Oldest member of family has many excellent memories and we are returning to celebrate his 80th Birthday as its his favourite place.

The online system kept refusing to let me through to the payment page and then, when I finally got it sorted, the confirmation didn't show that I had pre-booked a plot and the number of it. It was only thanks to the lovely Margaret on the phone that I was able to get help and peace of mind. Not worth saving the £10 for booking online if the system doesn't work. Still, looking forward to the holiday.

Not very good could not login or reset password as it would not except the one I used or the one sent as a reset could not book on phone with out loosing the on line discount

Unable to finalise booking using my iPad, site would not accept card details even after re-entering several times, phone booking number to explain and was charged an extra £10 because I was not completing booking on line. Finally booked via PC no problem as it auto inserted spaces between card numbers

Doesn’t work on ipads, consistantly crashes after selecting accomodation, Took 2 tries to work on iphone but was successful second time

Tried to book 2 holidays back to back but difficult to confirm bookings. Saved one to allow to check 2nd available then when I went back to first had to delete it and start again. Tortuous and took a long time. Next time would do it by phone. Had confirmed I could book 2 holidays by phone earlier in day and got excellent service but booking on web for 2 holidays not easy.

Accommodation was basic and had black mould on most of the walls in the property. The mattresses are so firm too. Booking is not easy confirmation email sent for booking activities but no record of booking The app dosnt record bookings and cannot list all bookings of activities. Bar unstocked ran out of choices! On the plus side activities were good and staff great with kids when going on wave pool high ropes etc

Site on my PC would not let me input debit card details. Rang the park direct who offered to book my holiday over the phone but at a higher price (discount given for online bookings). The operator suggested using different hardware. After several attempts using my iPhone rather than PC I finally managed to input all details and secure the booking.
