“Really poor quality booking system. Had issues at the point of payment with the dates of my booking changing to the following month. Finally managed to retrieve the page by clicking back. We had entered our requirements and selected a place to stay based on the results displayed. We paid for it only to later find out that it was NOT dog friendly. I had requested a dog at the time of searching and felt this was a little unfair as it wasn't very clear to me what had happened during the payment issue and because it had dropped the dog from my booking criteria? Wont be booking again until the site is more robust and trustworthy.”

“We have been coming to Woolacombe Bay for nearly 40 years . We bought our children and are now bringing our grandchildren. It just doesn't seem right if we don't have at least a weekend there. The children absolutely love Billy and Betty. More memories to be made this year. Thank you. Xx”

“I have stayed at Woolacombe Bay (Twitchen House) twice before.I've always had a great time, the customer service is very good, both the reception staff and the maintenance team who I've needed a couple of times! I look forward to my Easter holiday and hopefully future holidays! This time I had some difficulty booking but when I rang Margaret, her obvious experience managed to sort my booking quickly and easily. Margaret was very helpful indeed. Top marks, thank you!”

“This will be our 3rd time going. Each time we stay at a different park and each on is unique in there own way. It’s a plus for being able to go in to each park. Great for families and even better if you have pets as it’s one of the only places I have found that accept 3 dogs.”
