“Simple booking process, easy to select the desired holiday and tier. Pet charge information could be improved - initially states is included in cost, then page appears stating the charge, which is then removed on the booking confirmation page (we nearly didn't book as thought it was going to be £70 extra). Other than that, clear and concise.”

“Very easy, even for a french speaker as I am. I would appreciate to see the plan of the caravans, where they are approximately. And when I had to fill the form, my swiss post code would not be accepted : it's 1213 but I had to made 001213 (which is incorrect in Switzerland). We're looking forward to try this new experience.”

“We stayed at Twitchen House before, we loved that it wasn’t far to walk to the beach with the dog. It’s a bit steep walking back up though. The outdoor pool looked very inviting although the weather wasn’t that kind to us. I think there was a small cinema at this park and I’m sure the other parks have different things which were available to guests. There was a well stocked shop on site, other supermarkets were available and there are small shops in woolacombe. The caravan was clean and well equipped for the four of us.”

“We came here for the 1st time for October half term and we were not disappointed. Although absolutely lucky to have been blessed with fantastic weather our stay was very relaxing. Only negative was the staff were not able to show any football in the bar down stairs but other than that our stay was excellent”

“Brilliant first time camping here. Plenty to do soo many activities for the children. Great entertainment. Just one negative is that they need more staff on the outside activities that you pay extra for as they were unable to go on the one they wanted. Full refund was given to us for not being able to use the tickets. 100 % we would come back again :)”
