Simple booking process, easy to select the desired holiday and tier. Pet charge information could be improved - initially states is included in cost, then page appears stating the charge, which is then removed on the booking confirmation page (we nearly didn't book as thought it was going to be £70 extra). Other than that, clear and concise.

We always stay at Twitchen and are never disappointed. The booking system is unbelievably simple and the checking-in process is really efficient with friendly staff. One year we even got free cider on checking in! Can we have that again please?! Lol

Required 4 vans but had to make 4 separate bookings. Had to pay a deposit on each booking without being sure if there was availability for the next

Clean, safe and full of things to do with the kids, covid aside we have been coming back to Woolacombe bay for the past 8 years and love it

Hi i booked this holiday 20 mims ago but realised i booked the wrong place i need to cancel and request a refund please. Paid in full too instead of the £40 deposit

I write in response to my online booking with Woolacombe Bay. The Rating given is a 3 as the campsite has not been experienced yet and does not expect to be visited until 24th July 2023. The online booking took a while as the input page does not accept personal computer(PC) autofill which I found extremely frustrating as it was not clear that the inputs had to be done manually from the outset. Hope this helps others who have a similar experience.
