Unable to use android tablet as it would not allow me to enter the card expiry date had to use a laptop or loose the £10 online discount.

Much better Haven sites than this one, overpriced food and not much to do. The views are nice but wouldnt recommend following the signs to the beach as the path is full of hazzards.

Twitchen House park is always superb but your online booking service leaves a lot to be desired. It will not work on any Android mobile device. As soon as you try to pay it will not validate your card details and says that you have missed entering details when you have not. I eventually managed to book on my laptop but surprised I did not give up after wasting so much time. It was even more annoying to discover that every failed attempt at booking initiated an email from you reminding me to finish my booking ! Also this survey is titled reviewing the 'booking service' (0 stars) but when you enter in to it you appear to be reviewing Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks (5 stars), which is it ?

The booking experience was frustrating and because of the poorly designed web site. It seemed impossible to view a different type of caravans (silver, vs. gold etc.) without being sent back to the start page and having to enter all our information again. We had to repeat the process FOUR or FIVE times just to see the differences in the caravans. We gave up trying to book on the mobile phone and even using the desktop it was little better. Also, we had to restate which site we wanted to go to again after having done so at the beginning. No matter what caravan we looked at the 360-degree views was of the same caravan and contradicted the floor plans. It was of a caravan we didn’t like, so that doesn’t inspire us confidence. Once we started to paying process things went smoothly.

It crashed quite a few times and it also said that there was nothing available when there was, so just as well I persevered to book a holiday!

Great caravan but terrible location. Bedroom window right up tight to a concrete wall. All caravans too close together, so close you could hear conversations from the caravans on both sides.

Made a mistake and even though my holiday was 7 weeks after the booking and I phoned straight away, I had to pay a £20 administration fee to rectify my error, even though the new revised pitch was more expensive than the one booked in error. If I could afford it I would have cancelled and let you keep the money.

The booking process provided 4-5 choices at the same price, with similar offers. Quite hard to choose, when effectively they all stated the same thing, with very minor differences. Also I have now had six separate emails about my holiday, all within 12 hours of booking. Surely one email would suffice. If I wanted to book additional items I should be able to do this via the website.

Tried to book camping holiday on iPad using both safari and chrome browsers - neither would work, so finally tried home PC using internet explorer and was able to make the booking. Can the booking system not be browser agnostic? Fortunately I had access to iie browser to make the booking online.

Not informed of anything- receptionist very poor interaction- poor beer- stuck on loo next day- entertainment very Poor quality apart from “ man with a thousand voices” he was excellent. Shop very over priced!

Website is very poor to use. Have to go all the way back to change a small detail. Pictures are very generic and poor. E.g. no pictures from outside/ view. Park map doesn't indicate where what caravans/ lodges etc are. Difficult to find information - i.e. map of park or pictures of park.

The website refused to work properly on a mobile device (I'm a web developer myself so I know it wasn't right) - the forms refused to acknowledge content so would throw an error that fields weren't filled when they were (especially Title). So I phoned instead and the lady informed me I could book over the phone but I wouldn't get the online discount, which I thought was unfair as it was the website to blame. So I eventually made it happen through the website but what should have taken 10 min took over 1hr.

The park was rubbish and there was lots off drunk people having fights and girl who got beaten up the swimming pool was like swimming in wee also my daughter and my boyfriend came up in blister. The food hamper cost us £40 to get £20 worth off cheep things not park to take kids. They the food in the pubs was not cooked at all you have to go off the park to enjoy ur self on the beach apartment was lovely just shame it wasn't cleaned probably

Website is not very easy to follow. You cannot review accommodation as you are trying to book? I think I have ended up booking two holidays by mistake? I only require 1 week for 4 people. Please confirm I only booked one holiday and you have only taken one deposit?

It was difficult to select the dates and see what types of accommodation were available. Also when I was inputting the details for the booking it wouldn't accept my password and wouldn't tell me why.
