It didn't work very well on the ipad - when I selected a type of caravan, it kept switching to the previous one. It took me about 5 attempts to select the type I wanted, but it was smooth after that.

It was brilliant to spend time away with my family. The resort was lovely which we had great fun. However there were down points were the sheets were dirty, duvet had stains on & cleaning wasnt completed properly. Quite disappointed as cleaners had extra time to complete.

Disappointed there isn’t a deposit option on the booking page so I missed out on the holiday park I actually wanted ! With a lot nicer accommodation! The lack of photos already have me worried about booking the “bronze” accommodation at the other park the 1 photo looks very outdated not excepting great things to be honest. You get what you pay for though.

overall ok, but why do you have to create account to book - nothing says that on the main page and we had to restart booking 3 times and swap navigator (Mozilla failed, Chrome success). If we need an account to book, then please put that on the main page - it will be quicker for all. It was not possible to make alternative choice; the process itself from one page to another is fine but fails at address search, does not accept manual entry and fails at page diverting to payment we got there in the end, but there's probably some improvements that can be done

Had to keep re-started my booking process. After clicking the "Where to Stay", "Who's Coming", "How long for" and "Arriving When?" questions, it gave an option of parks, but when you click in one "Woolacombe Bay" for Touring Pitch it did a Search but nothing more happened, apart from a beach ball bouncing around for a long time. When I phoned to try and make a booking I was told that there are NO Touring pitches on Wollacombe Bay any more. It would have been nice to know this and saved a phone call, my time and your time. We decided to go for a caravan accommodation, in a New Wave, but by the time I booked it a few minutes later they had all gone. So we have booked for a 2 bed Gold van, which was not really what we wanted.

Website photos of the lodges outside could be beneficial. On the website, I saw two indoor photos and nothing else. Website also jumps from one site to the other.

IL do a 3 ATM as we have never been to you befor but looking foward to staying at your park I was recommended by a friend that does stay with you often

We had a good holiday rebooked for following year (2019). Only to receive a letter downgrading us to a different part of the park as you were upgrading, I rang up an cancelled the booking after receiving no apologies or even offered an upgrade for an additional charge, so no I was not happy with the service I received, and therefore not happy with your booking service.

Not able to save the booking to check the park facilities. I amended a date and it kept remembered the original. Seemed to change it but the cost was too high at the payment page. Ended up starting again using my mobile to get the correct price.

The location was lovely. If we stayed again we would book a better caravan. We booked gold but felt it was really only a bronze. We ate once from the site but the pizza was luke warm and not cooked enough although the chips were nice.

Gold caravan very tatty, ripped wallpaper in nearly every room or stains on walls. Tv so small you have to concentrate to see the picture properly. Clubhouse very good and amenities, plenty for kids to do.

Booked for scooter rally next year in September, deposit paid and confirmed. Then call three hours later telling me my booking cancelled and would get refund back, if can’t book on line, don’t have it on line. Very disappointed.
