I had to give 3 stars due to the insistence of App use. If you wanted to book anything you HAD to download the APP, so we missed out of lots of things due to not having a compatible phone and not wanting to download apps. So meals and lots of activities were taken off site which were easier to obtain. Accommodation good, Never used facilities due to having to book via the app :-( . Not sure if this is temporary or a permanent feature now, but it was limiting.

I make one booking and get 4 emails when just the confirmation would be sufficient .

The website seems to be very confusing. The customers should see exact location of the reserved accomondation on site plan. All 4 parks should be shown on one map, to see the distance differences, the facilities differneces etc. Also informations about booking deposit cost is unclear and misleading . No exact guidance on possibly cancelation process and re-funds. Everything is described very generally with no exact 'numbers'.

booking the holiday is very easy and pain free, however, the price is very misleading. You're showing a price for a holiday at the discounted price, no where at the start of the booking does it show what the price is before the discount is applied, this is only shown when you go to complete the booking. Having a voucher applied to my account for a holiday we couldn't attend this year would suggest that the price shown with discount and the voucher on the account would discount the holiday by around another £200, appears this is not the case and is very misleading and poor in that experience. You should at least have the full prices showing with a line through them before the discount is applied.

Went through to book what was advertised as villa which is ground floor and first floor no below villa or above, we usually book lodges and villa with pet!!! Went through and paid was confirmed as first floor villa and as disabled unable to use. Unable to get hold of anyone due to busy periods after lockdown.

The 2-star rating is for the booking experience NOT for the holiday parks which we have always found to be very good. You ask for a pesky password, then when we click on 'forgot' your computer has diarrhoea and sends us four passwords. Eventually, we clicked on the right one, but it was an unpleasant, stressful, experience. But for my wife's pleading I would have aborted the booking attempt and booked elsewhere.

On my first attempt I was unable enter my payment details. Then when I tried to log back into my account my password was not recognised so I had to request a temporary password. Also I wanted to book an 11 day holiday. The only way I could do this was to book a 7 day and 4 day holiday seperately but it is not guaranteed that we will be staying in the same accommodation for the whole 11 days because of this.

Poor bar staff, no rush from them and the don’t serve people in the order they have been queuing, i’ve worked in bars for a number of years and a good Batman would know who was next. Seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Stopping in twitchen park, been to the other parks and service is a lot better there. If we come back wouldn’t come to this park

Hi, I'm quite disappointed as I had spoken with someone to book this Wednesday for 3 nights. Price was £128 only for that to change to £186 when I booked. We are locals and have holidayed here before so very disappointed that there was no flexibility. I think £186 at easewell for 3 nights is very expensive for a grassed pitch.

We had a Silver Lodge. Pretty basic accommodation to say the least. No real home comforts - no cushions, no lamps in any of the rooms, no TV’s in the bedrooms. And what can only be described as pub styles carpets in the bedrooms, along with old fashioned furniture in the bedrooms and lounge. For the money we paid and the distance we travelled, we expected a much higher standard. Our lodge was a dog friendly lodge, so it felt like as dog owners we shouldn’t expect too much, perhaps there is an assumption that the place is going to get trashed anyway?! The one nice touch was the doggy goody bag - a bowl, blanket, chews, pop bags etc.

Golden coast is not as it looks in the pictures and we were disappointed. The bay and twicham house are great and nice atmosphere. Staff are good everywhere and lodges are amazing. I prefer Torquay found Woolacombe to be very quiet as small family.

Rate your online booking experience! very clumsy return booking appears to include holiday insurance yet kept getting offered it at £10.50 when the return promotion already includes it for free apparently or does it ?

Hi Mr Ridge, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the online booking experience. Holiday Safeguard Scheme is included for all customers booking a holiday arriving in 2020 when the booking is made by 4th November 2019. Your Loyalty Discount is a separate promotion which gives an extra 10% off on top of our current best price, but it does not include any other additional benefits as it is already a large discount. Therefore we can confirm that it is correct that Holiday Safeguard Scheme is correctly chargeable for 2019 holidays. The website was hard to navigate through different options of parks and accommodation types. There shouldn't be the need to go back and click through 4 selections each time you want to check out alternatives.

The booking process is not that user friendly. Once drilling down to the page I required it was impossible to revert to the previous page without refreshing the screen, this took me back to the home page, where I had to re-input all the details again to make another accommodation selection. Also when finally booking, the process did not give me the opportunity to review/amend my booking before my card deposit was taken.

Tried with Opera browser - could not complete - changed to Firefox & was eventually able to complete. Saved holiday not transfered from one browser to the other even though saved on my account
