A game of two halves. The first half, finding the accomodation is hard work - you keep having to load the site again and re search. But once you know what you want it's a doddle and very easy to use.

The website just took us round in circles. We ended up calling and booking for 3 nights. The lady who took the booking was very nice and instantly sent us a confirmation email will all our booking details on.

Apartments very dirty, hoover full of someone else's dogs hair, cheap rustly bedding...! Apartments could do with a paint outside & there were lack of socket points. When the complaint was made to reception at check out & email once returned home the staff didn't seem bothered & nothing offered as a good will gesture either. Not sure we'll return!

We have been coming to Woolacombe for years and were disappointed that we can no longer add bus passes to the booking. This time we had to phone twice for advice and used the 'message' system too to find out. Everyone was polite, but the booking system used to be better.when you added things like you had before.

Not quite what I expected Considering we paid £2.1k for 7 days. No sea views, no shaving point in the new wave caravan and we couldn’t charge our electric toothbrushes. We asked for a bath mat ( because of 2 very young children the shower is slippery) 4 times and every time we were told yes we’re sending house keeping around ., it wasn’t until the 4th time that someone genius figured out they don’t provide them!! No hair dryer.. The wi-fi connection is a con! Don’t be fouled, we couldn’t get any connection as soon as we arrived so decided to buy super fast wi fi streaming for a week which cost £25... well super fast is just the name because in reality it isn’t. Our Netflix kept buffering all the time had to login about a hundred times a day!! We complained about it at reception but was told to fill a form so IT could check and we were asked to provide the MAC address for each of our devices.. well talk about confidentiality .. we didn’t feel it was necessary or safe to leave our mac addresses with them . Also the location is very hilly and if you have young kids it’s quite far to be walking up and down to the main reception area or pool all the time. The food in the restaurant is very unhealthy, burgers chips pizzas!! There is no air con in the restaurant and it’s surrounded by glass .. it’s like a sauna in there and they don’t even open the doors to the balcony to let some air in . When I asked I was told they’re not allowed?! What? The new wave caravans with hot tubs are small, tiny corridors or living area. Again if you have infants it’s not safe on the deck as there is no gate ( if this is a kids friendly location then they seriously need to consider it) and they want to wonder around so you got to have eyes in the back of your head due to cars driving past.

I found the website a bit awkward as when I tried to make a booking it kept taking me back to the beginning without continuing with payment. I eventually understood what it wanted but not easy. Also I haven't seen a map with the location of your various sites, that would have been helpful.

Website light on pictures of caravans on site. Not clear on relationship to other site, i.e. relative location, can Golden Beach visitors use other site facilities e.g. restaurant.

A manageable site, but when I wanted too compare the three parks from a location and accommodation point of view, I had to keep restarting the booking process

We have been going to Easewell Farm , Morthoe for almost 40 years. We love the area and convenience of various beaches ( though I believe Rockham has had a rock fall and needs to be made ‘safe’. The site is well managed and recommended. The walk to Lee is ideal ( either along the coastal path or a short cut). Lunch at The Grampus Inn. Online booking can be a pain but you usually get a 20% discount.

images of the villas were all the same ...a surf board leaning against a wall in a lounge area. no other pics..and each villa had the same pic. the 360 view also wasnt right at times. i recommend you go through each and every picture and 360 yourself to check them

The booking process could be improved by setting a start and end date with parameters that meet you booking criteria as I have just had to place 2 separate bookings to cover my 11 day holiday.

Booked online - quite difficult to compare the differences between the parks and the accommodation options, and the website kept crashing out on my iPad, although was fine on my phone. Once decided on accommodation though it was very easy to book on my phone

The booking process is quite cumbersome. There is also no map involved in the booking process showing the position of the unit. So I booked with "blind faith" rather than knowing where the unit is on the site, proximity to the facilities etc. Suggest you include this in the process. thanks.

Hi We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your online booking experience. A map indeed would be useful when choosing a specific location and therefore when we launched Handpick your Holiday Home last year, this was one of the first things considered as being necessary. There is a link to the map for the Park being booked, we're sorry you didn't notice it. We look forward to welcoming you soon and despite your present disappointment we hope you'll have a great stay. ^kd social media team

I paid an extra £10 to book a specific caravan when filling out the e-form. This did not appear in the final receipt. I have paid for a service and accommodation and it does not show. This is a violation of the trades description act 1968 for services and accommodation for the description of service. This needs to be addressed urgently by your website developers. The other issue with the booking service is that it should show you at the end of the booking process a summary of what you have entered and ordered before final purchase.

The Holiday Parks look interesting & I booked a holiday - eventually. I say eventually because the website is a muddle - pointers between the pages have been ill designed and would be a classic is how NOT to do it for students of web design.
