“I found the booking process very easy to follow however there was no map to identify where the caravans were which led me to having to amend the booking when I found a map of the site on google and decided to pay the extra for a beach haven site”

“Amazing stay again at Twitchen House. Outstanding facilities and staff. The only tiny constructive criticism is that in the holidays, it is SO busy it can be impossible at times to sit anywhere in the bar or entrainment area. If you want to enjoy the entertainment then you need to get there at 5pm ish! But all in all, a great place with lots to do on site but also, close to other brilliant places!”

“the booking was nice and easy, however i was surprised that after paying the deposit the full amount was required so soon. when there is enough time to pay, butlins let families pay monthly with the balance due one month before checking in which i think is much better and helps families out.”

“One or two minor issues, but nothing to worry about (no postcodes or addresses of the available holiday parks on clear show before booking, This made it difficult to choose a park based on location). Booking was a straight forward process, with lots of options on offer to tailor make the holiday. I liked the security aspects of double checking with the bank that the user is authorised to book.”
