“Lovely clean park in a beautiful location. Kid’s entertainment is well thought out and kids loved attending each night. Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Loved the spa facilities. Really enjoyed the swimming on the booking only basis this mean it was not overcrowded and felt safe for tots in the kids pool. The outdoor pool upgrade is great and appreciated the warm pools. Great family friendly holiday. Only disappointment was the delayed checkin for the farmhouse. At point of booking stated 2pm preferential checkin when in fact wasn’t able to check in till 4pm”

“Been coming to these parks over a number of years now, but can Honestly say this is the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! We have had a HUGE group book and stay all around us (unbeknown to the park) and each and every night has been awful! Shouting , screaming, terrorising our dog, dumping rubbish, sitting on our pitch when we’ve been out for the day and kids just going wild late at night! They’ve really brought the tone of the park down and treat it like it’s a field and dumping ground. No respect or tolerance to others. So disheartening and Easewell don’t need these kind of people. Please ban all these families as they’re ruining other people’s holidays! So unhappy.”

“A fantastic site with so much to do and in a perfect location! Very clean static homes with everything you need to enjoy a nice breakaway! The checking in location in our experience (we managed to get lost) might need to be a little more eye catching. The shop has everything you need for your stay however baby foods/snacks are a little sparce, so I have recommended for there to be more stock of this. The outdoor and indoor pools are well managed and clean, the pond dipping and woodland was brilliant and kept our children entertained and the staff were very calming and friendly and especially the lady who took the pond dipping experience - nothing was of too much trouble! Evening entertainment was good and kept the children engaged! Food was of variety in the restaurant and an added bonus that the softplay is nearby for wandering feet. We had a wonderful time... so much so, that we have already booked up for next year! 😊”
