Was going round in circles looking for Sapphire vans at Twitchen which we have always booked but after wasting hours, I rang up to find out they are now New Wave gold. It would have been useful to find that out on line. Lady on phone very helpful though

Had a problem with it excepting by bank card. Had to go it on a different search engine and use my credit card before it would all go through.

All good except you need to make it clear there's no camping at all at Woolacome bay site. I tried so many dates and it just said 'not available' and gave me the impression those dates were full. Please just change the wording to tell people camping not available at this site, try our other sites instead. It'll save people confusion. I only knew because I rang up and spoke to someone.

A little disappointed,wanted to book a month ago when price was £479.00, but weren't able to book as would not allow £40 deposit as per advertised. Had to pay in full, not too much of an issue but had to wait until all parties got paid then price went up to £519.00.

Hi. Booking process was easy but I had to add my brothers uk address as the system did not accept a Belgian postcode of 4 digets . And I could add my Belgian phone on booking form but not payment form or Belgian address for payment details. Would be good to have the choice of the correct EU addresses and phones.

The booking platform froze at the payment page. This was confusing regarding knowing if the booking had gone through or not.

On arrival we were short of a bedding pack and their was no hot water available. Later we had a complete electrical failure and found there was no cable between the DVD and the TV. Whilst the issue were dealt with quickly and efficiently by friendly staff surely these problems would not have happened if pre arrival checks had been done properly? During a game of crazy golf one of our party became covered in red paint as the various holes were being 'tarted up'. Why was it open? Also whilst sitting near the tennis court we had to suffer the noise of a petrol driven strimmer for an hour or more. Why aren't they battery driven. Your choice of draft and soft drinks in the bar was abysmal. There were several lagers, and ciders and the white wine was probably made by Sarsons. Where were the proper local beers, like Tribute, Doom Bar, Jail Ale etc etc and no one behind the bar had seemed to know what an elderflower soft drink was. Certainly there were no bottles of cordial or presse avaialable. I purchase some from local bars and presented them to her! The prices for drinks were also extiortionate, Woolacombe is basically a caravan site not a five star hotel in Dubai. The Bar Manager could not explain the reasons fro all these shortcomings The choice and price of food was also disappointing and almost inedible when cooked, although once again the staff made their best efforts and my comments here do not include any shortcomings on their part. Would I return?, Would I recommend Woolacombe to others ? No

i was unable to open a new account there seemed to to be no where on the site to open a new one when i did try to book i was asked to login into my account which I could not do as I had not opened one,

The entertainment manager Joe at Twitchen House is a real credit to your company. He had the biggest positive impact on our stay at Woolacombe. The entertainment was consistently great. The swimming pool was great. The bungee trampoline is my daughter's favourite activity. The climbing wall was great. The outdoor park at Twitchen House was great. If you are trying to save the planet with cardboard, try using plates! I shudder to think of the amount of trees you are going through with the amount of cardboard waste, totally irresponsible.

Had to phone as couldn’t change my password- all messages sent went into Junk mail !!!!! Bit time consuming and frustrating! Being elderly I didn’t think to look in Junk mail !

My wife who had made a booking several years ago tried to book, but had problems resetting old password. Solved problem by setting up account in my name.

The payment screen wouldn't allow me to pay it just kept saying "something has gone wrong " and then I had declined payments even though it took the payments

It would have been much easier to book the 4 caravans at the same time & pay the deposit as one transaction rather than 4!

It was ok until they asked for a mobile number as I get no signal at home, and WHY do I have to create an account 😡 all I want to do is book a holiday, so will this information be deleted once my holiday is complete ?

It’s would be better if you could compare accommodation options when booking and link to each accommodation type for example have a tick box chart showing what you get on different accommodation, also you can’t got back to make changes before continuing to payment, you have to start again, lastly I have to refresh the page 4-5 times before my payment went through, even tried different cards, little teadius
