“We had a great time at the Parks. Only disappointing part was two of the three children’s meals we had. The kids pizza was rock hard and the topping just looked burnt, the peas were also very hard, and I paid an extra £2 each to have their chips as cheesy chips, but I could almost count the flakes of Cheese that was put on top of the chips and it certainly wasn’t worth the cost. I was told the kids pizzas are not cooked like the lovely adult ones which we’ve enjoyed before. At no time was I asked if I wanted anything changed with the order. A little more TLC and attention with the children’s meals would have made the day perfect.”

“The website was easy to use. Just 2 pointers 1. Had looked at website before and saw gold caravan available. When went into website 2 days later or so to book it seemed just to show bronze and silver caravans but it was okay when I clicked to next page as it brought up lots of different caravans options, but I was worried for a moment that the gold caravans had all gone. Why are the next questions on this review website about delivery on time and if the parcel is damaged? 2. I made a mistake in the booking process of no of guests, I thought I had changed but good that I back tracked to page again as not updated. I did work out what to do to change it.”
