what can you do about this? THEIR RESPONSE: ****Unfortunately as the order is outside of our returns window we would be unable to accept this back for a refund or exchange.

the only way to return is to go online. I ordered by phone and expected to receive a return label. the products are great but, I will not order or recommend again until they facilitate returns for USA based customers. i.e. with return label featuring an actual address in the USA included in the package with the items!

I'm trying to return through their "intelligent returns" online system, but this item is not appearing and the emails back and forth with Woolovers illustrates an astounding level of incompetence and a complete lack of concern.

our returns policy for faulty items, is that these must be reported within 6 month of purchase.

It prompted me to increase my order over the £80 threshold to get free delivery and what I thought was free returns and I decided to add on some socks to do this.

Ordered a cardigan For my husband on the 18th December for Christmas it arrived after contacting them to say I no longer wanted it as it was now 14th January. I told them to refund my money. Well guess what they still sent it. I refuse to pay the returns and rang them to ask for a prepaid return label. Guess what....still not come ..probably won't do Will never order from them again. Terrible service. Avoid them.
