“It was frustrating that somehow the product was delivered to the wrong address twice. You seem to have misquoted my address. Once it arrived, the blanket is very nice.”

“I have a number of WoolRoom products and use them due to a sensitivity of feathers but, the main reason for using their products is how comfortable wool bedding is. The care & maintenance is easy too.”

“Just bought the mattress protector to go with my light wool Duvet. It is a great fit on my 10inch mattress which has a 4 inch memory foam topper. The wool Duvet is the best one I have ever purchased. No more having my husband pulling the Duvet off me, it just seems to wrap itself around me. Have bought the Summer single for my son who says how comfy it is. Will be buying the extra light double next Summer or before if the Light one is not warm enough for the Winter then will add the two together. The Woolroom also uses the best courier DPD who send you an hour time slot.”

“Great woolly stuff, beautifully made. I can sew myself so I know this. It works for me - I sleep better. I love the low bedding miles, the cared-for sheep and the UK manufacture.”

“Hi, first off I Loved your packaging- so natural & no plastic in site!!!! We've had our pillows and a duvet now for up to week and we both love them! We have a deeper, more restful night sleep, no night sweats and I love that I could take some filling out for my pillow as I like it flatter. It's the first time my partner has slept happily with just One pillow and he is hard to please! Thank you Woolroom!!”

“Delivery speed ok Excellent quality feel nice Good weight not too heavy as I have terminal cancer and can’t cope with heavy and too warm a quilt Would recommend as wool breaths making it more comfortable.”

“I was beginning to find my Tempur mattress a little too firm for comfort , especially with a hip problem . I came across the woolroom website by chance and having read the reviews for each style of topper , I chose to try the Deluxe version . I was encouraged to do so by a very generous Bank Holiday discount ! I have found it to be very comfortable and does exactly what I wanted it to do . However , I am still too warm at night and have not experienced the self-regulating cooling effect that has been mentioned. The topper fits very well and is beautifully made . It claims to be washable but I am not convinced that my domestic machine would cope with the weight and bulk of this item . I think I would be quite nervous about washing it . Overall a lovely product and I would certainly look at buying more bedding that uses fleece from British livestock .”

Thanks for your review. I am glad you are enjoying your deluxe topper. The topper will help regulate your temperature but research shows that if you "cocoon" yourself in wool it will deliver a personal micro-climate. It may help to look at completing your bedding set with duvet and pillows. If you feel that washing the topper at home would be a bit of a squeeze, we would recommend using a laundrette because they have larger drums. “The item arrived very quickly and was not overpackaged and the packaging was recyclable. It is my second purchase of a pillow cover so I knew what to expect; it makes my foam pillow more comfortable. I didn't need the price list enclosed- it has gone in the recycling.”

“The pillows are very disappointing, they are very hard and gave me neck ache in the morning. The worst thing is that because we have used them we cannot send them back, so a complete waste of money.”

Hello I am sorry to read that you are not having a good time with your pillows. It looks like you may have purchased deluxe pillows which are fully adjustable. When you first receive the pillows they may be flattened due to transport and therefore we recommend that you unzip them and pull apart the wool for a good 10 minutes which creates a lofty feel to the pillow. You can also remove or even add wool balls to find the depth that suits your sleeping position. Kind regards. Karen
