“Superb! Quality product that exceeded my expectation. I have never slept better! I literally ordered the set at 3:00 on the morning due to frustration over sleeplessness and night sweating. I was willing to try anything and this bedding delivered as advertised. I am very impressed!”

“Very good with some weight . I didn't have a cover on it the 1st night but once my linen quilt cover arrived, that made all the difference. I did have to put a folded cotton throw across the bottom under the quilt, as I feel my feet all ways takes longer to warm. I'm glad I didn't buy the deluxe super warm. I also use a flannellet sheet on top of us that's for hygiene, as I wash sheets at least every ten days.”

“Really impressed by the quality and range of products on offer. I shopped around and am glad I chose this company. Before deciding on a duvet I rang a store to ask for advice; the lady was very helpful and I decided to buy the super warm wool duvet. Delivery was quick and I am delighted with he quality of the duvet. I like to be toasty, and this duvet certainly does deliver. As and when I replace other items, I will definitely return :-)”

“I was a little worried that the quilt was too thin when I got it but three nights on and I am in love! No more waking up drenched...its brilliant! I didn't realise just how 'allergic' I was to man made fibres till I bought this. SO glad that I didn't have to buy anything with feathers - they belong on the birds. Very quick delivery, great communication from the firm. Very happy and would highly recommend this company. Thank you....you've made my problematic sleeping a whole lot better xxx”

“Really pleased with my wool topper. I bought it to help with my memory foam mattress which was making me too hot and sweat in the night. This has solved the problem and keeps me dry.”

“Unfortunately it is not next day delivery as advertised on the website. Having placed an order on a Wednesday the delivery date was the Monday. This needs to be resolved given that you only have a couple of locations”

Hi, Thank you for your review. I'm not sure what you purchased but we do normally offer a 1-2 day delivery service in the UK if we have the stock in at the time of ordering. We do state on the website if we are out of stock and an estimated time for delivery. If it was a mattress then it is usually 4-5 working days if the mattresses are in stock with our classic range, or 4-5 weeks for our deluxe and luxury range as these are made to order. I hope if you do order again then you will receive it within 2 working days. Sally

“This is the second bedding set I have bought from the Woolroom. Wool duvets, toppers and pillows provide such a comfortable sleep. My husband And I require very different temperatures for sleeping and since we changed to a wool duvet neither of us have had a problem with sleeping temperature. The wool pillows are also great for allbyear round. They don’t reflect back heat like some feather or man-made fibre does and now we take our pillows everywhere as we can’t sleep well on any other pillows. Definitely recommended and I will be treating my children to wool bedding.”
