“The ordering was very simple and straight forward, the delivery was extremely quick and without effort. DPS delivered to my neighbour so that I didn't have to collect it from elsewhere. The wool duvet is lovely, I bought it on recommendation and it is very good quality and I've had a better night's sleep since I've been using it. I'm going to try a pillow now.”

“I have mixed feelings about the wollroom. My first order of bedding bundle went well, fast delivery, great quality, so 5 stars. My second purchase was not so good however. Needed new mattress so thought will try woolroom. The mattress was supposed to be regular tention but was very hard due to lack of padding, you could feel strips of metal, loose fabric at the top. Decided to return as part of 100 days warranty, however they are just not coming to collect it. Having said this I still believe woolroom is a great company with good customer service, just no luck with the product I really wanted to love and slow pick up service.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for the feedback, I can see that the mattress has now been collected as part of the 100 day guarantee and a refund has been applied. We try to keep the process as smooth as possible but unfortunately we rely on pick ups when the logistics company is in the area, apologies for any delays in having this resolved for you. “I bought the washable 'super light' wool duvet. Where I was overheating with the thin Duvet (200g) from our 'All seasons' Duvet set this new one is perfect. At 1-2 tog it means we can continue to use a Duvet while temperatures are high rather than resorting to a cotton sheet and counterpane. Ordering is always easy and delivery prompt so well done Woolroom.”

“I ordered the Alpaca duvet insert. The insert is absolutely beautiful and fit my queen duvet cover perfectly. It came in a wonderful bag with handles which will make a handy storage bag. Last night was our first night sleeping with it, and the overall weight was perfect. I am a very hot sleeper and live in California; I probably won't be able to use it during the summer, but the rest of the year it will be perfect. I am very happy with this purchase, it exceeded my expectations...and it got here very quickly!”

“Shipping to the U.S. was very fast - I received my order 7 days after ordering, which I was very pleased with. The duvets were nicely packaged and well made. I ordered a light and a medium duvet and they are very warm, a bit too warm for the spring here. It would be great if Woolroom had a warmth guide that indicated room temperatures but otherwise I would advise anyone buying from outside the UK to keep in mind that temperatures in the UK may not be the same as where you are.”

“I love the duvet. Perfect for co sleeping as it's really light (baby is not covered by it though but once is old enough for duvets he will sure have this one). Quick delivery and it comes in biodegradable packagung which is great.”
