“Good range of products, well-organised and easy-to-use website, very efficient order processing and delivery. Very glad I found this company as I'm allergic both to feathers and to the flame-retardant chemicals now used in synthetic pillows and cushions, so (intrinsically fire-resistant) wool is my only option.”

“Absolutely delighted with my de luxe mattress topper, light duvet and pillow. Rather expensive but my sleep problems have been solved. I would recommend contacting woolroom for advice on what to buy. Excellent service; speedy, manageable delivery; and a superior product.”

“As a menopausal woman I wanted the comfort of a topper made of natural materials, but unlike others I've experienced, wouldn't wrap around me and heat me up. I became excited about wool because of its amazing thermal and wicking qualities. And I'm pleased to say that I am delighted with the product. Not only does it do the job, but it's beautifully made and I'm sure will last well.”

“Our duvet is much better than expected with its quality. We were particularly impressed with the pre sales service to help make the right choice. The duvet is most comfortable and warm and we are sure we will keep warm throughout the autumn and winter months.”

“Great duvet. Previously had a 4.5 tog duck feather duvet & it was too warm. The new duvet breathes really well & keeps you cool at night. Sleep has been much improved.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact my order was delayed with no email explaining why. It was only when we rang them we found out they were waiting for stock. We love the pillows, duvet and topper, and can testify the washable pillows do indeed wash well, as we’ve had a pair for a year.”

“I bought the matress protector-excellent product, it makes the bed very cosy and I finally got rid of my back pain. However, the product shrinked after washing although I followed the instructions on the product label:washing machine on wool programe, with wool detergent. I think the problem is that on the product label it says that you can wash it at 40 degrees, and most probably this is not the case.”

“My new wool duvet is outstanding. It is comfortable, warm, feels like a hug, no offgassing, no itch, and I sleep like a baby underneath it. I bought this one to replace a 100% alpaca duvet that my husband accidentally boiled into a cube. Dog vomit. Would have come right out in cold water or with a green dry cleaner. Good thing is, in my search for a replacement, I discovered Woolroom. Fast delivery to the USA. Very satisfied. The Euro sizing fits my organic duvet cover perfectly.”
