We're absolutely committed to reducing the impact that plastic is having on our beautiful planet. The box your order came in is recyclable, and the bedding items your purchase will have been delivered in a sustainable, reusable and recyclable calico bag. We're also currently looking into how we can reduce plastic further, and hope to be able to replace our plastic tape with a natural paper based alternative in the near future :) Thanks again, Adam

“US Size Deluxe Washable Wool Comforter - All Season Where the two pieces are getting attached the buttons are loose. So for few days i was wondering as why in the middle part of the comforter was puffy when i pulled out the duvet I did see it came loose one of the comforter. I tried to attach again but as you move the comforter it was diattached again so i gave up and pull one of the pieces out.”

“I'm really happy with the products I bought from Woolroom. The duvet seems a little bigger than our previous one but does still fit our current duvet covers (just). My husband thinks the duvet is a bit stiff compared to down. Really pleased that I don't feel too hot or too cold in bed anymore with the wool duvet. The pillows are also just right (not too full and not too flat). Most of all I am very happy that the products don't have any chemical fire retardants on them!”

“I was kept up to speed with my delivery date with an option to change date which was very convenient for me the delivery man was polite and friendly. When I opened the box and saw how professionally my items where packaged I knew then that these were high end quality and couldn’t wait to get them on my bed. Everything I read on the Woolroom web site about the quality is right I would highly recommend and would purchase from them again.”

“We had been thinking of getting a wool duvet for a couple of years. I’m always too hot and my wife too cold in bed. The warm version is fabulous, somehow suits us both. Best night’s sleep in years. Great price and swift delivery with a superb product, what’s not to like. Thank you Woolroom.”

“Items didn’t ship until days after the order. Nothing was said about a possible delay in shipping when the order was placed. The advertised 2-day shipping was misleading and gave the expectation the order would be received in 2-3 days. I was expecting it to arrive the day it had been shipped, which was 3 days after the order.”

“Useless delivery service who cancelled agreed third party delivery location with no explanation at the last minute and then would not release from depot when I attempted to collect, very disappointing when a premium is paid for the products. Would far rather pay for a secure delivery.”
