“Loving my wool mattress topper, thank you! After 4 nights, can say I am sleeping longer and more soundly. A big improvement! The topper fits on the mattress like a fitted sheet, which is much nicer than the elastic bands I’ve seen on our brands.”

“I do not even know how or where to begin my praise for the Woolroom. I have been seeking Organic and Wool bedding for several years after researching the benefits and experiencing some of the pitfalls of really good down. I began to have a persistent cough and it severely impacted my sleep from the down bedding I slept with year-round for 40 years of my life. I read that the wool was hypoallergenic and created an uninhabitable environment for mites and other dust eating bacteria and critters. I wanted wool, but I was finding prices that were $500 USD + and I was not able or willing to afford it. That is when my life changed, I found the Woolroom! I carefully selected all of my dream items and thought here I go, it will cost a bit, but, I will care for it properly and it will last a lifetime. The Woolroom uses sustainable practices, the finest fabrics, and the most incredible wool! This bedding has changed my life! The persistent cough, gone. Hot flashes at night, gone. Sleepless nights, gone. I am sleeping like a baby and every night feels like a diamond class hotel. I was able to replace all my king-sized duvets, (1) organic cotton duvet cover (2) and (2) queen-sized sheets and purchase (2) King pillows with (2) organic cotton pillowcases all for the cost of (1) King sized duvet on another selling platform (made in China). I have one more purchase to make, a bedding topper. Who am I kidding I will be purchasing many more items from the Woolroom. DO IT, if you are considering the quality craftsmanship, the sustainability of the business and farm model and you want to feel like the King or Queen you are, invest your money in yourself. #ThisIsWhatHappyFeelsLike! Woolroom, I love you!”

“The pillow and the throw blanket are perfect, just as described, great quality! The packing for overseas shipping should be sturdier, it arrived ripped and the pillow carrying case was exposed. Just a suggestion for the Marketing Department, it would be better to wait before sending customers review reminder emails until they have actually received the item, it should be timed the to the delivery notice. Also, there is not much point of sending offers to US customers for products they can't actually buy (mattresses). It would be more efficient to sort your mailing lists geographically so customers can enjoy actual offers. Other than that, I'm very happy I discovered Woolroom and will continue to buy your products as I'm slowly building a more sustainable and healthy home!”

“This pillow is really well made, and it's great you can adjust the amount of filling. However, it is not at all soft. The filling is very firm and is easily compacted making it more firm. Plus it's hard to get and keep an even distribution of the filling. Nice idea but needs work.”

We are sorry to hear you are not 100% happy with your pillow. We find that the more you pull apart the filling the better the pillow will feel and will keep its shape, you can also add more wool if you feel it is not quite full enough. Thanks, Woolroom
