“This is the third time I’ve bought from Woolroom. We and our house guests now sleep with wool pillows, duvets and a mattress protector. I love the products - they are light and cool to sleep with. Have recommended and know of at least one friend who has completely replaced her traditional bedding with Woolroom products and loves them”

“We had previously bought a duvet and been very happy with it. Have always used feather pillows, but suffering badly with night sweats, thought I had nothing to loose in trying a wool filled pillow. Very speedy delivery, superb standard. So far, so good with the temperature control, very comfortable.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review. We're sorry that you are finding that the cushion pads that you ordered has a smell to them. This will be the natural wool smell, which will dissipate in time (once removed from their packaging). As for the lumps, this doesn't sound very good. “My pillows came very quickly after ordering, in their own cloth bags with very little plastic. The pillow is quite thick and firm and I only need one rather than the two I was using. They seem to be much cooler to use in the extreme heat we had.”

“Love the feel and lightness of this duvet but personally I’ve not noticed any improvement in keeping me cooler at night”

We're glad that you're happy with the lightness and feel of your duvet, but sorry to read that you're not feeling the benefits just yet. Can I just check whether you're using all natural bed linen? The reason I ask is polyester/polycotton bedding can restrict the breatheable capabilities of wool. As you'll see from the thousands of other reviews, our bedding truly does work and we want to ensure that you're experiencing all the amazing benefits that so many others are :) Kind regards, Adam

“Went to Oakham (by appointment). Ed was lovely, so helpful. I ordered a bedding set and it arrived in a few days. We have used it for five nights and so far so good. We were sceptical, but it's the first run of five nights for a long time without menopausal night sweats soaking the bed - can't just be coincidence, surely!”
