“Excellent quality using a natural product. We have now replaced the pillows, pillow covers, duvet, duvet cover and mattress topper with products from the Woolroom. They are not cheap, but they are very good value for money as they are well made, more comfortable, and better quality than the usual high street offerings and will last a lot longer. The delivery was on time and as expected with no problems too.”

“Shocking service. Advertised 3-5 days for delivery, but still waiting 2 week later, despite having confirmed mattresses were in stock when ordering. Had to chase numerous times to even get an initial date for delivery, only for the mattresses to be delivered to the wrong address. Totally refused to do anything to resolve the issue, despite this being their error. Avoid.”

“Ali was excellent at customer service, as we had several issues around order, due to the fact your website was not efficient at explaining about UK and EU sizes for duvets. I did spend some time online chatting to customer service guy. However, he did not give me the correct information and I therefore ordered a Double Duvet instead of my normal King Size, as sizes between UK & EU were different, and I felt he was not sure himself about sizing. Ali did her best to correct this situation. However, felt it most unfair I did not get refund for returning wrong size Duvet, even though I am a past customer and re ordered the correct size”

“The luxury topper [alpaca and wool]that I bought is absolutely great, we have a memory foam mattress which is great but gets hot and uncomfortable. The wool topper adds another layer of luxury and takes away the heat - brilliant!. The delivery was speedy and all things considered it was great value for money. You really can't put a price on a good night's sleep!”

“After the mix up in my order and the very quick way in sorting it , no complaint what so ever.. The pillow protector has defiantly helped and I think hopefully over time so will the duvet.”
